Vocal Cord Dysfunction....?

I have had a severe breathing problem for over 5 years. I've had every test imaginable done (except stress) to me. Two different asthma tests, chest x rays, throat scope, allergies and none have been conclusive as to what is causing my breathing to act up. The doctor who did my throat scope did suggest that I read up on vocal cord dysfunction (VCD). Well I did, and it seems to be what is happening to me. My question is this? Are there any doctors who specialize in VCD, or if I were to search on my health insurance website, what category should I try to search in?
