Trading a Civic for Eclipse?

I have a 1999 Honda Civic HX coupe with about 158k miles. Its got a dent in the driver door and the driver back window is out. This guy wants to trade me his 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS with new and engine with 135k miles. I want to know if this is a decent deal, I feel like I'd be losing money in the trade plus the reliability of my Honda.
