Master key for hubcaps on a 1988 Buick lesabre?

just bought a 1988 Buick Le Sabre and it needs new tires (I live in PA and winter is here) . the rims are locked and the sticker on in trunk says to use the master key found with the jack but its MIA. have no clue where to get one. any web sight you know of to help thanks.
