in Creed 2 - Codex page locations?

Hey guys, I'm at 21/30 pages so far. Got all the view points for Florence and got around 4 pages there. I heard main spots for the pages were Florence and Venice. Now I've been searching on the map for a while now trying to find the marker for Venice and I can't find it for the life of me, do you get there a different way or something?. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
