If HMO's are allowed to "sell" nationally, won't they all HQ in the State that allows them the least coverage?

That would reduce the cost, now wouldn't it? If their overhead is down so is the cost. If some states are more reasonable, then why shouldn't they be rewarded with the business. Sweetums, I will put my education up against yours any day of the week and twice on holidays! I mean really, are you saying that you would not walk across the street to get a higher paying job or do just sit around waiting for your check from the govt.?
