Help me find the right song?

I need a song to help inspire me while writing. The story is sad, so I was trying to find a song that would put me in that mood. Do you think you could help? I don't want a country, rap, or metal song, only because they distract me more then inspire. Uhm, Maybe something along the lines of "Bulletproof" By La Roux or "Californication" by Red Hot Chilli Peppers? Those kinda work for me. I know its not much to work on, but please please please try to help me.
