Embarred being the center of attention?

If you're friend has really good ideas and is pretty smart and talented, but she never voices her ideas or draws attention to herself. She seems uncomfortable and kind of embarred in the limelight (she blushes, fidgets and lacks eye contact when she's the center of attention). What would you think of her?
