Affordable guitar amplifier for small gigs?

Hey guys, my band's gonna start playing out soon so we have to update a lot of gear and we don't have that much money. Right now I'm looking for the best guitar amp I can get, preferably not too much over $350, and made by a relatively good company, like Peavey or Marshall. We play mostly punk - The Ramones, The Clash, Green Day, Operation Ivy, Cheap Trick, but also stuff from The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, AC/DC and more. Thanks!
